Chick Class will do PE on Monday afternoons. Please make sure children have a clean, labelled PE kit in school ready for this.
Chick Class will get two new reading books every Monday. Please try to listen to you child read at home 4 times a week. Their reading books must come into school each day so that we can listen to them read too.
Show & tell:
We will have show & tell on a Friday. Children can bring in an item from home that they would like to show and tell us about. This could be an interesting object, some artwork, a favourite storybook, a souvenir from a trip, an award or maybe a photograph. Please don't send anything valuable into the school. Children do not have to bring anything in if they don't wont to, they can always tell us something instead!
Chick class have been learning about the seaside in geography and making sea scene sculptures. In English we are continuing with the story, Country Mouse Town Mouse and will begin to add our own touches to this story next week. We are going to change the story by adding a different character. The children have had some good ideas about adding a seaside mouse today!
Unfortunately not the ones with chocolate chips.
